Dear participants of ICHTL 2022,
Before joining the virtual conference on the day of the conference, the following items need your attention and to verify the settings.
I. Before entering the meeting
＊ If you enter the Microsoft Teams meeting when you have already logged onto the Microsoft system, the Microsoft Teams will display your Microsoft account name when you log in.
＊ If you enter the Microsoft Teams meeting without logging into the Microsoft system, please enter your Full name and Affiliation in English (eg. Full Name – Affiliation) before you join the meeting.
＊ Please change the video background as provided by the conference.
＊ Ensure your microphone is OFF.
＊ Join the meeting
II. Enter the meeting
＊ Please remember to click on the link in the chat room to fill out the sign-in form or scan the QR code to sign in.
＊ Please turn on your camera when the group photo is taking.
＊ If you have any question, please press the “raise hand” symbol button (it means raise your hand). If you don’t have any question, please lower your hand.
The Microsoft Teams manual and Background produced by the conference is attached. Please read and practice the operation.
The album password for the poster presentation will be announced at the conference on May 6.

研討會當日加入會議前，有以下幾點注意事項，須請大家配合設定：
一、進入會議前
＊ Microsoft Teams在登入帳號的狀態會顯示您的帳號名稱；若在未登入帳號時參加會議，請輸入您報名時的英文全名及服務單位：Full Name – Affiliation（如字數不夠時，可將單位縮寫）。
＊ 請換上大會提供之視訊背景。
＊ 請確認您的麥克風為「關閉」狀態。
＊ 加入會議
二、進入會議後
＊ 請記得點入聊天室中的「報到連結網址」，填寫簽到表單，以進行簽到或掃描畫面裡的QR code。
＊ 大合照時，請打開鏡頭合照。
＊ 如有問題可以按舉手鍵， 如沒有問題請將手放下。
大會製作的［Microsoft Teams操作手冊］、［ICHTL 2022視訊背景］如附件，請詳讀並練習操作。
海報發表之相簿密碼將於5月6日於研討會議內公告。
